Carmella Bailey is a Behavioral Health Employment Advocate and founder of BHA Recruiting. She works with both candidates and clients in the behavioral health space to match staffing needs with human resources at the highest ethical and training standards so that clients can trust the caliper of staffing assistance and candidates can be effective on day one.

She has worked as a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC II), and has spent nearly two decades in the Behavioral Health industry, working in a variety of roles from Group Facilitator to Chief Operating Officer. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the needs of underrepresented communities, helping to identify opportunities for innovation and social impact.

Her current focus is to recruit talent for a wide variety of staffing needs, from housekeeping to CEO. With her extensive background in behavioral health and her business acumen, she hopes to transform the industry and continue to make a positive impact to all she serves.
