In some cases, we can place you on an assignment the same day you complete your application and in-office paperwork. It all depends on what flex jobs we have received from our clients and whether your experience is the correct match.

All applicants must complete an online application, then one of our Ambassador Relations Specialists will interview you to understand who you are and your expertise and experience. Before being placed in any of our flex jobs, you’ll also need to watch a brief orientation and safety video. All applicants must provide documentation proving that they are eligible to work in the United States and may be asked to submit to a drug test and reference and background checks.

When deciding whether or not to recommend a candidate to one of our clients, BHA Recruiting takes into consideration a variety of considerations. One of these factors includes whether or not the individual has had a criminal conviction, which may be relevant to a particular placement. Our Ambassador Relationship Specialists will review your history and work experience and determine what flex jobs would be appropriate for you to apply.

Assignments may range in length from one day to six months or even longer. Some are simply Direct Placements, where you will become a staff employee of the client right away.
